PlaceSense led a multi-disciplinary team with Park Architecture and SLR to develop a conceptual master plan for the Berlin Town Center. PlaceSense prepared New Town Center and Neighborhood Development Area designation applications based on the town center plan. Berlin's Land Use and Development Regulations were updated and an Official Map established to implement the conceptual plan.
