PlaceSense worked with the Hartford Comprehensive Plan Committee to revise the plan for this agricultural town in Washington County. A public opinion survey was distributed to all households and a series of planning workshops were held to gather public input. During the first workshop, participants drafted a vision statement that guided creation of the plan, which focuses on protection of farmland and rural character while seeking opportunities for business development.
