PlaceSense worked with the Berlin Planning Commission to prepare a new Town Plan. The 2018 Plan was a streamlined document that stated the town’s objectives, policies and actions for guiding future land use and development in the community. The 2018 Plan was intended to further the vision for the Berlin Town Center. The effectiveness of this plan in communicating the town's vision was recognized when the plan was selected as Plan of the Year by the Vermont Planners Association.
