This assessment of current socioeconomic and housing market conditions in Franklin and Grand Isle counties was intended to inform the goals and priorities of the Housing for All – Working Communities Challenge initiative and ongoing work of the Northwest Regional Planning Commission (NRPC). It quantified the need for all types of housing and identifies opportunities and strategies to meet the region’s housing needs.
