St. Albans Analysis

PlaceSense prepared a block-level analysis of the city's residential neighborhoods that documented the existing built form and density, and calculated maximum potential for infill housing. PlaceSense then recommended potential zoning district, density and use standards based on existing built form and city planning policies. AES Engineering developed a GIS tool that will allow city staff to recalculate the infill housing potential for alternative zoning standards.
